Not really knowing much about cyclocross we brought in some experts for our initial track design. Steven Pearl and Chris Gonzales were a huge help and with their input we designed a course that was both fun and challenging. The course has evolved a bit over the years, but it is essentially the same as it was for our very first event with all of the original special features like The Fish Ladder, The Pit of Despair, and Chris Gonzales’ brainchild, the Death Spiral.
